36 weeks pregnant, change in stools, now hemorrhoids!?!?!?

So, another unpleasant and TMI moment in pregnancy. I am just hoping that someone else has dealt with this and can give some advice for relief. My stools in the last few weeks have been rather loose. All of a sudden (as of yesterday!), I am constipated and my stools are sooo hard. That being said, I all of a sudden have hemorrhoids! (Internal, I’m guessing, because I have very bright red blood in the toilet and in my stools). This is SO uncomfortable and not expected. I haven’t changed ANYTHING in my diet, so I have no idea what is causing this. I am 36 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child (my first was born at 33 weeks and I never dealt with any of this), having lower back pain, and just overall very uncomfortable at this point If any of you ladies can provide some insight into some relief, I’d really appreciate it. im trina and I recently came out to my parents as a lesbian– they said theyd love me no matter what. I have been dating a beautiful, hilarious girl who makes my heart flutter and I get those girly-girl butterflies but my parents have found out..
suddenly theyre in denial. they are convinced its just a phase and to make things even worse they begun spying on my texts, using keyloggers etc. I am 15, and the rest of my family is extremely homophobic. I sometimes ask to go to the mall with the girlfriend, etc but they always tell me that I am sinning, that I should only focus on studying , even though I can barely study due to my emotional health. I know that a green laser (532mW) is usually a IR (1064mW) passed through a crystal that cuts it down half. Is it possible to put two of these crystals in series and produce a 260mW beam, and so on. What problems would you face as you go down the spectrum? Thanks

I was using this approach because true UV laser can be very expensive and you cant really buy a soft X-ray laser. It seems that you could be able to get up to soft x-rays with this system possibly full x-rays with powerful equipment.
