36 weeks pregnant, change in stools, now hemorrhoids!?!?!?

So, another unpleasant and TMI moment in pregnancy. I am just hoping that someone else has dealt with this and can give some advice for relief. My stools in the last few weeks have been rather loose. All of a sudden (as of yesterday!), I am constipated and my stools are sooo hard. That being said, I all of a sudden have hemorrhoids! (Internal, I’m guessing, because I have very bright red blood in the toilet and in my stools). This is SO uncomfortable and not expected. I haven’t changed ANYTHING in my diet, so I have no idea what is causing this. I am 36 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child (my first was born at 33 weeks and I never dealt with any of this), having lower back pain, and just overall very uncomfortable at this point If any of you ladies can provide some insight into some relief, I’d really appreciate it.
