Nintendo removed my listing from eBay cause it was copyright infringement. This is a rant.?

Well, maybe it’s not a technically a rant, but I just sent this letter complaining to them. My listing was for a customized DS Lite bundle and I was including an R4i and an acekard 2i.

“Hi, I just had my auction removed from eBay for no valid reason. I’m guessing it’s because i’m including a acekard 2i and R4i with it. However, these things do not infringe upon anyone’s copyrights. Playing homebrew games and running homebrew applications and playing music is not illegal. If we go along with your(Nintendo’s) reasoning that these things infringe upon your copyrights then microsdcards, hard drives, or any storage medium are then also infringing too because illegal ROMs could possibly be stored on them. It would also mean that computers infringe upon your copyrights too because the emulators that can run on computers can run roms. If we follow this reasoning even further that means that most smartphones would infringe also, because they can run emulators. Basically, following your reasoning, almost all hardware infringes upon your rights. This logic is bullarky, and you know it. Just because something has the potential to be used in a wrong way does not mean that the item itself is wrong. Here’s an outside example: The Bittorrent protocol is used by many for illegal purposes, that does not mean that the protocol itself is infringing upon any copyrights.
All you’re doing is upsetting good customers and forcing people to sell by other means that you cannot monitor. This is not beneficial to anyone.

I would like a full, formal apology for this inconvenience and written permission to relist my item/s on eBay. If you(the person reading and replying to this) cannot do this please forward this to your supervisor or pass their information along to me. If your supervisor cannot do this either please continue to pass it further up the chain until it reaches someone who can.

Lol, ye of little faith. I get what I want. I WILL get an apology from them. I’ll keep going up the chain, and waste my time calling them until I do.
Also, I never said that they care. And I never said or implied that they would read this here on Yahoo! Answers. In fact, I know that they won’t, which is why I, like I said in the first sentence, wrote the letter and sent it to them.
A rant is defined as “A wild, incoherent, emotional articulation.” None of what I said was wild or incoherent, thus it is not a rant.
As for this not being a question, and for me not caring about eBay’s rules or Nintendo’s copyrights you’re wrong.:
1) This is a implied question in the fact that I want people’s input and opinions. So, just to make non-critical thinkers like you feel better: What do you guys think about my letter and what Nintendo/eBay did?
