Experts on chanel nail polish Orange Frizz: crumbles when applying. What to do now?

So this is the story. I purchased this gorgeous color, already out of stock. Yeay, I was lucky.
After 6 months, it has started to thicken. It is so bad that it is almost impossible to apply properly.
Also, since day one, it has not been a good quality lacque as would chip on the next day.
Suggestions?

Please note that
1. I close properly the bottle.
2. I am interested to know if I should ask the brand directly.
3. Is there any DIY trick to un-thicken the nail polish?

Thank you so much, I’m quite desperate as given the price tag I was expecting somewhat a better quality…

What is chanel nail polish like?

I was thinking of buying some, is it like drugstore types?
does it go on easily, and does it stay on long?

What nail polish is your favorite?

The ones that I’ve tried that work the best are the chanel nail polish colors and the Sally Hansen 10-day nail polish. So, are there any suggestions on nail polish colors that last a long time? My favorite for colors is N.Y.C, but it chips easily…so i guess i want to know one that doesn’t chip and comes in lots of colors that are fun..
