swollen itchy anus…?

there’s no pain, no bleeding, just irritating itching right in my anus, not around, right on the anus, i looked at it and it looks swollen/bumpy kinda like puckered lips. there’s kinda a burn feeling if that’s considered pain. i don’t think its hemorrhoids because i used hemorrhoid cream for 3 days and its done nothing at all. What could it be?
Yes, i clean it thoroughly
and i checked my crap 3 times… Perfectly brown lol

does manual disimpaction hurt?

I know its a procedure where the doctor sticks a finger in the rectum and rotates it. does it actually break up the hard stool so that it can pass? and does it hurt. i know its not comfortable nobody wants a finger up their rectum but is it a managable pain ? is it worse if you have a hemorrhoid ?

urethra feeling strange but no real burning?

so I have this strange feeling in my urethra and have trouble getting and staying erect? im in my teen years and have only had this feeling once within the past month or so. Could it possibly be related to a hemorrhoid that ive had for the past 2 or 4 months? Also i am sexually active, but small to none chance of contracting an S.T.D., and ive always used protection? No strange disharge or real pain, although it is slightly tender to touch, it just feels strange

Why do I bleed every time I poo?

This is kinda embarassing but every time I poo, A LOT of blood comes out! Almost as if I was having my period :/ It’s bright red and I’d see like a stroke of blood on my poo and then the next thing I know the toilet’s red….It doesn’t come out on my toilet paper just in my toilet :/ I don’t feel dizzy or get fevers or w.e. I’d get stomach cramps at time but that usually is a sign I need to go to the washroom. I have been trying to eat healthier. This has happened to me before, there was blood on my toilet paper but not as much as right now. The bleeding stopped for a while and I was comfortable pooing but then it started again D:

I’m really scared whether it’s colon cancer or hemorrhoids and I’m always scared to poo cuz there would be a lot of blood…and it doesn’t even hurt a lot when I poo….T_T

What is the best method to help internal hemorrhoids?

Before anyone lectures me about all the same things, i’ve tried almost all of the basics plus more.
Nothing helps. Fiber, water, stool softeners, laxatives, suppositorys EVERYTHING.

It’s got so bad now, i feel like im not going enough. And they constipate me.

And i still have a extremely painful bowel movement every single mourning. Please dont post advertisements for “Hem miracles”. I dont need the spam or false advertising.

I need help. I’ve tried it all.

Help with emotions and depression?

After days of wondering why I don’t feel the same… I realized that I might have depression. (Also, after taking a number of depression tests on the net)

I don’t seem to look forward to anything nor am I excited to do anything. I can’t FEEL what I’m supposed to feel.. It’s like I’m so disconnected with my emotions. I start to question my love for my boyfriend which I know I TRULY do love..it’s just that when I’m near him I don’t feel anything or it doesn’t feel the same as it did before. It feels like I’m falling out of love when I’m actually not? If anyone gets that… It’s been a real struggle for me.. lately. I mean, it’s so hard to feel numb about everything. Every time I laugh, I feel like it’s such a fake laugh because my heart won’t let me feel genuinely happy. I’ve lost interest in the things I used to LOVE to do and the places I used to LOVE to go to. I also wake up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I find it so hard to concentrate on everything…

I just want to know,
What can cure me or help me get better from this without meds ? Is it possible that I could gain my feelings back naturally after I become better? Also, will I feel the love and happiness I used to feel with life and my boyfriend after I get better?

If this helps, it started when I thought getting hemorrhoids was a serious sickness of some sort. I’m the type of person to MAJORLY freak out if I discover that I’m sick or if my sickness is serious. So… when I figured that I had this hemorrhoid, I was utterly shocked, sad and lifeless for about a day or two. After I figured out that it wasn’t cancerous nor was it a rare disease, my worries about it washed away…along with my feelings. And now? I’m left numb… and I can’t seem to love or feel happy.

Please help me?

Still have irritation after hemorrhoids?

I didn’t go to the doctor, but I’m sure I had hemorrhoids. For about a week I had bleeding and severe itching and irritation. The itching and bleeding went away, but it is now 4 months later and I still have irritation around my anus. It feels sore and irritated. What can this be? Any advice? Thank you.

I think I may have a hemorrhoid. Every time I’ve been going to the bathroom between yesterday and today, I’ve been bleeding profusely – I would say 1/2 pint of blood EASY.

I’m a 21 year old male, 165 LBS, and have no other medical conditions.

I was told that hemorrhoids can be left untreated because they heal on their own. The problem is, every time I need to use the bathroom hereinafter I have to face a huge tradeoff between using the bathroom and loosing a large quantity of blood. I don’t know if I should seek immediate medical attention, or stay put. I am uninsured, and the hospital bill would run me thousands – so that would be a last resort.

Also, I’ve been drinking a lot recently. Yesterday I had half a liter of vodka in a 7 hour time window. I don’t know if this is contributing to the issue.
