One of my hid lights is losing color?

I have a 2001 nissan altima with 8k hid lights. I have had the lights for a lil over 2 yrs now. I noticed one of them has lost it’s blue color, it’s more of a whitish color instead of the crystal blue color it used to be. Also when I think about it I notice at times when I pull behind other cars I can see it flicker a lil bit? Any ideas or suggestions of what the issue is? Thanks

Does a business electric meter measure amperage and then calculate to get kWh?

I’m trying to understand the best option for lowering our electric bill. Replacing 480V HID lights with Fluorescent T5 480V or T8 277V.
242W @ 480V = .50A
227W @ 277V = .82A

I understand Ohm’s law, but not sure how the meter measures our usage.

Saturday im finally purchasing the bmw i wanted. It’s 1998 540i v8 with 100k miles.
Has a full B&B exhaust, Coilovers, 18′ deep dish rims- new tires. Big brake upgrade- new.
It is a 6 spd, leather interior,tints, hid lights, Hamann spoiler, after market sway bar, flip out stereo, after market intake..

The bad: 2nd gear pops out at low rpms but if you shift into 2nd at high rpms it never does.. It only pops out sometimes in low rpm, i test drove it all is fine. Lower conrol arm is pretty much gone. Cars completely driveable, wheel moves a bit. & Theirs a slight, faint, barely audible tick in one of the heads which i guess is the lifter..

This guy is my cousins freind and he tells me everything about the car.. He’s always driving it, and its very smooth, didnt pop out on me, but i guess it does once in a while.

He’s asking 4k, which is a very good price. the car kbb’s for like 8k.

Would you guys say its worth it?

What HID lights are better for my jeep grand cherokee 1996? The HID ligths, Xenon lights, or BI-Xenon HID? and what are KITs? I’m so confuse! i have search on the web but i get more confuse.. can you all please explain!! i don’t want to get pull over because of my headlights are to bright or illegal either. Also where can i take them (if i get any HID lights) to install them?

Some cars come with factory hid lights, but I don’t like the temperature color they offer. Is it possible to replace the bulbs with a different temperature (higher) and it will still work with stock ballasts and such? Or do I have to replace the ballasts?

I know typically projector headlights are used with HID lights, but my motorcycle’s electronics doesn’t allow the use of HID. The team and I have given up on hope of modifying it. Curious how a projector headlight would look with halogen bulbs. Just dimmer? Can someone please describe it or show a photo? link to a photo? That would be super helpful. Thanks a ton!
