How to reset registration of softwares to the earlier,free or free trial?

How to reset registration of softwares to the earlier,free or free trial?
Some softwares have free version and registered version.
Once the registration,activation license key in entered, it becomes registered one.
Now if this version is uninstalled and re-installed to have only a free or free trial,it shows registered with the same user name,key etc.
I tried all registry clean up tools like regcure,registry mechanic,registry easy etc. And also editing reg keys via regedit.exe.
But I don’t know the exact process to delete and clear registration info completely. I mean a general,common procedure,process that applies to all soft-appz.
Pls suggest me the process,details, step-by-step.

How can I speed up my PC?

My PC is getting very slow! Like when I go to Facebook, Youtube, Yahoo and more. It’s lagging, especially when I type a letter in. I’d already deleted or uninstall unused programs. However, I still have 215 GB free of 298 GB with a 2 GB RAM. Already clean my PC with registry easy software. I don’t really have an Anti-Virus, already expired.

Any help?
