AVG Prob / Comp wont connect to internet!?

Well I have a Windows XP 2005

AVG 2012

I have Sudden Link internet / phone / TV

For w while now I noticed that whenever my comp starts updating first thing it will NOT let me connect to the internet until its done. So I wait it out…. It does this every time.

Well this morning I tried to connect and it was updating and finished I think then I tried to connect to my browsers and my windows messenger… it could not pick up a signal… but yet it can update?

Well No matter if I restarted or turned off my PC it still wouldn’t connect….

Now I know its not my PC’s cards and stuff… because it says its connected?

Please tell me what to do… I can’t take it to a professional! I don’t really have any money.. What should I do?

Is my settings off?

PLEASE HELP!
Never mind I called the company and they reset my converter box! now its working! It is a PAIN really!!

But I’m still needing to know WHY AVG still blocks the connection until it gets finished updating.

Good Quality Digital Audio Recorder to go with Video?

I want to get a good quality digital recorder for recording sound to go with the videos I record for Youtube. The video recorder I have makes a clicking noise in the audio so getting an external device is probably the best option. What device would people recommend/good review sites? It needs to be quite small and convenient for filming pets. My budget is a maximum of £100, ideally less than £50.
The current camera I use for filming videos is a Canon Ixus 230 HS.
Zoom H4N is a bit above my budget.

well i bought those R4i cards instead of buying a game and just having like 20 cases for each game and so i bought this case where i can use an SD card and have all the games you can put on that card and so i download the kernel and upgrade firm ware and when i did this i put 1 game and when i turn on the game i got the message “An error has occurred. Press and hold the power button to turn system off. Please see the nintendo DSI Operations manual for help troubleshooting” how do i fix this problem! i already updated the NDS! thank you

Sometimes I get EXTREMELY dizzy like im about to pass out and I feel horrible please help!?

Sometimes when I get really dehydrated or there are too many people around me or I see a bright light when its really dark or im in a strobe light, or even when im really tired I get this weird thing, it doesn’t happen very much but im really worried about it, I get dizzy and everything doesn’t feel like its happening, like im stuck in a dream, sometimes i get numb, while other times i feel as if im about to faint. It last usually 10 to 15 minutes but it feels like FOREVER. So its like im thinking something and it comes out of my mouth without me knowing, and when I think back on it its hard to remember all that happens I just remember bits and pieces, especially when it happens I cant remember one second after the next. AND I usually feel sick to my stomach… I get REALLY worried about this too. THANKS SO MUCH it will really make me feel better to know…
Its not diabetes and it is not seizures because my sister has epilepsy so I know exactly what happens during her spells, nothing like mine because I don’t faint, twitch, loose consciousness, and spit… also I do often get sinus infections (they run in my family) and I get bad allergies too. I haven’t actually passed out it just goes away eventually after sitting down, ive been to the doctors for physicals before I have amazing blood pressure and everything else too. Thanks though (Ps… I did suffer from a head trauma 4 years ago, I was camping and I had a very large rock thrown at my head cause it to bleed for a while and I had received a concision and I still have a bump on my head as a warrior scar lol, but im wondering if this is allergies or head trauma or even vertigo!)

My wii controller will not sync with the console?

When I try to sync the controller to the wii it flashes and then shuts off…….. I tried replacing the batteries with new ones which didn’t work. I tried re-syncing the controller and sys. At the same time and held the buttons for 15 seconds. I unplugged the console and tried re-syncing……didn’t work:( got a new controller, wasted $30. If anyone has a suggestion……please help!!!!!! Oh and 1 more thing I did get it 2 work and it was working fine, it’s when I open up Netflix when it starts acting up and shuts off. Itz soooooo weird:\
