How do you get up early during the week and sleep in on the weekend?

I really don’t understand how people are able to wake up early (like 6-7 AM) during the week (M-F) and then sleep in (like 10-11 AM) on the weekends! How are you able to go to sleep early on Sunday night in order to wake up early on Monday morning?
It takes me days to get into the cycle of waking up early. But if I skip out ONE DAY, I’m tired for the next few days if I have to get up early again.

I’ve tried sleeping pills and tons of other things to try to get to sleep. I find that I am best if I sleep like 2 AM – 9 AM regularly. It’s so brutal to have to wake up at 7 AM once in a while. But my friends always go out on the weekends, and I hate going home early, I mean parties don’t even start til midnight. If I’m on a regular sleeping schedule, I’d have to be asleep by midnight to wake up at 7 AM. It just doesn’t work if I want to hang out with my friends and have fun on the weekends and stuff.

So how do people do it?

Will this work with an arcade machine?

I have an idea on how to win at an arcade machine called Barber Cut Lite. Basically, you have to line up a tiny razor blade with pretty durable string, and after a few cuts, it’ll drop your prize. I have an idea that if you get a laser pointer, and modify it (or just buy one) and make it burn through objects, if you could point it through the glass and burn the string. Would this work? How strong should the laser be? Any other info will be accepted. And if anyone has a link to a laser that would work well, please give me the link. Thanks in advance!

I have been a cutter since I was 13 because I was put down a hell of a lot and family issues were getting to me I had also just lost my baby nephew in a car accident , I never got to tell him goodbye and then I went through this stage where I didn’t eat I didn’t sleep because of my nightmares of the accident so I became Anorexic and very ill so they nursed me back to health and I was still depressed so I saw my pocket knife in my Drawer and I just let out all of my anger towards my arms and now I am going through the same thing I feel like I’m losing and this time I might actually hurt myself bad I need someone I can turn to for advice please help me out ,,try not to judge me please

Nightmare about House Fire?

Hello I was wondering if anyone has ever had a dream like this. I wake up at 2 AM, to find my house filled with smoke and flames. Smoke alarms are blaring, so I grab as many of my folding knives as I can. Although I don’t own any firearms, I somehow grab a .44 Magnum. I break my window after I find the staircase is blocked by flames, and manually open up my garage door after disengaging it from the auto opener. I get on my dirtbike, and make a mad dash up to a friends house. All this time not one person in my family comes out of my burning house. I am covered in first, second, and third degree burns, and my friend wants to get me help. I tell her “NO!” and tell her that I need her to come with me back to my house to take care of anyone injured. I return, and not one person of my family has gotten out yet. Turns out that no one survived the fire except me. I am left in front of my burning house with my friend and my dirtbike. I was about to bring her back to her house on my dirtbike, when all of a sudden, she was standing over me saying my name, and I was on the ground. Then I woke up as I was being airlifted to the hospital. This dream has recurred at least 3 times in the last year.
