How do i put pictures back onto my memory card?

basiclly i got a good camera that takes good quality photos and i brought a sandisk memory stick to go inside it to save them, but i deleted the photos after i put them onto my laptop, and now i want some back on my card so i can put the disk into the printer to print them off but when i do my printer dosent recognize them, if i drag them into the memory card folder. also when i try printing them from my laptop to the printer they come out blurry help!!
