i need help with marketing better my website?

I currently have a site that I build myself and need help in finding the best way to market my products.
Now I sell hid lights and in the market most are running $39.99 plus shipping. and some do $49.99 to $53.99 with free shipping. Now I currently market my kits for $39.99 plus shipping which is $12 extra. Now you think that I would get more buyers if i simply put the price $49.99 with free shipping?
