I need help with my R4 please!!!! have an r4 revolution that works great and I have an R4 upgrade revolution?

I have an r4 revolution that works great and I have an R4 upgrade revolution that I cant play. I got the r4 revolution given to me with the games on it. I brought the R4 upgrade revolution from www.r4-d.com.au/. Why don’t they work ? What programs do I need for the games to work on the R4 upgrade revolution? Were would I find the programs? Please make it simple I am new to R4’s lol.
