ledunderbody.com(LEDGLOW.com) set of 3 blue light burning out problem?

i bought a 7 color under body light kit for my car and the blue leds go out in sets of 3. i want to know if anyone else has had this problem with kits purchased from LEDUNDERBODY.com A.K.A LEDGLOW.com. i have had the company replace all 8 exterior tubes and they all have the same problem and they are doing it on 2 seperate control boxes . i want to upgrade to their 3 million advanced system but i dont want to have the same problem that i had with the other kit. tech support wont tell me if there was a problem in the production of that batch. if anyone has had this problem i would like to know your opinion on the lights you bought and which kit did u get and if you have had a problem how did you fix it.
