Listening Device Found?

We decided to put new lights into our kitchen. As we were ripping out the ceiling, we saw an empty “Dawn” Fabric Softener box taped to the inners of the walls. We looked inside and found a listening device (bug) with a tape setup to it. We took the tape out and played it in our Stereo. The voices in the tape were hard to understand and all “Warbled”.

Is there a way I can hear what’s on the tape?
What should I do with the tapes?
The device also has a USB port on it, should I connect it to my computer?
