Please help with my sick terrapin!?

Hi, my terrapin, 1 yr, has been a little listless for a while but more recently he’s developed other symptoms. He has a bubbly kind of spit coming out of his mouth and seems to have trouble breathing somewhat and he’s very lethargic and isn’t eating as well as normal i did some research and these indicate a RI i think so ive raised the temp of the water a little and lowered the heat lamp for now. As an aside there is another terrapin in the tank with him who isnt sick at all, but its not an option to seperate them as i have no where else to keep him.

I will betaking him to vet as soon as i can but there aren’t any vets for reptiles in my area unfortunately.

Well thank you for reading this and if anyone has any ideas what could be wrong with him and what i can do to help him before he sees the vet i would be so grateful, its so sad to see him like this so thanks in advance.

Oh and one last thing i saw him before and he seemed to be trying to push out what looks like a haemorrhoid? I didnt know terrapins could get them but thats the only way i can describe it…
