r4i sdhc v2.08 Help!!!!!?

Ok, so i am helping my dads friends daughter with her new r4i. She hasn’t even opened it! I have alot of experience with a regular r4 but not with this one. The box doesn’t even have a micro sd card with the the software data. So I was hoping someone could give/find me directions on how to properly put the SDHC 2.08 data from my computer, to a micro sd card.
