Why dont Wii games support controller ports?
It’s hard for me to believe that I can only use my gamecube controllers for virtual console use and gamecube games. why wouldnt developers jump on the controller ports as an additional option for multiplayer games? Were they simply told not to by Nintendo so we’d have to spend a few hundred more dollars on wireless remotes and their accesories? Is there way to enable such functions? Most fun games dont rely on the wii remote function, and those that do could still allow a handicapped 3rd-4th player to use the gamecube controller ports, especially minigames and party games. Is Nintendo really that greedy to take function away for ridicoulous hardware purchase requirments? Are there any multiplayer games that can use the gamecube ports for 3rd and 4th players? The 3rd prty wiimotes I bought were faulty, and I cant afford to dump more money for wiimotes, numchucks, and batteries.
