Why is Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie adopting children and doing so much charity work?

It seems they are doing it for publicity or for some sort of guilty conscience that they want to fix. Don’t get me wrong, I admire those who spend on charity but it’s like always on the news.

It’s always on the news because the media thinks we want to hear about it all the time.

Angelina thinks she’s mother theresa & wants everyone to be like “awwww how nice of her, shes making a difference”.
Brad is just like any other pussiewhipped, sorry excuse of a man who goes along with anything the cuntt says.
I wish Angelina would drop the act and go back to cutting herself and drinking blood.

They are famous and they sell, so the same old things get reported over and over.
Maybe they enjoy their children and wish for more. They can afford them, so why not.
As for charity work, maybe they feel blessed and wish to “repay” for their good fortune.
Do people need a reason to do good?

The better question is why isn’t everyone else that has that much money doing so? Adoption and children aren’t for everyone…but why isn’t every celebrity or socialite, or millionaire doing at least half what they do? Who cares what their reasons are….why isn’t everyone else joining in?
Part of the reason Angie’s work is always in the news is because she was ask by the UNHCR to draw attention to their cause. The whole point of being a Goodwill Ambassador is to draw attention to the UNHCR in hopes of raising funds simply because you are who you are. So that is why she talks so much about what she does…she has been ask to publicize her good deeds.
Another reason is because we keep buying that news. It’s the same reason why Kate Hudson going to a grocery store makes news…because people will watch.
to those commenting they should do something for this country: pay attention to the news…Brad and Angie have a home in New Orleans where Brad spearheads a charity to rebuild homes from Hurricane disasters in the Gulf (sparked by Katrina/Rita) that are as near Hurricane proof as we can get. Also Angie does alot of charity with children of this country and for Native American organizations especially of the Iriquois nation. Just to let you know.

As a part of the human family we should all do what we are able to make the world a better place.
They have more than most so they can give and do more than most which makes it newsworthy.
The things which you and I do may not make the news, but they are just as important.
Good for Brad and Angelina, they can inspire us to do what we can with what we have.

I think they are genuine about what they do. They love to help those less fortunate. But here is my issue, while we have much more money than the countries they are helping, we still have people in the country that are in dire need of help. It’s the same with adoption, there are children here that need loving homes.
And the fact that it is ALWAYS on the news is getting really old.
